1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beyond the Looking Glass website (“Site”) and any services provided by Beyond the Looking Glass (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, submitting an application, completing age verification, or engaging in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or services.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

All services are strictly adult-only.

To be eligible, applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
Successfully complete our age verification process through the designated age verification prompt
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Failure to complete or falsification of age verification will result in immediate denial or termination of access.

3. Nature of Services

Beyond the Looking Glass provides online-only, consensual, adult-oriented interpersonal services built on structure, communication, and negotiated dynamics.

We do not provide:

In-person services
Physical contact
Therapy, counseling, or medical services
Legal, financial, or mental health advice

All participation is voluntary and may be discontinued in accordance with these Terms.

4. Applications, Approval & Discretion

All participation is subject to an application and internal review process.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Accept or deny any application
Request additional information
Suspend, terminate, or restrict access at any time

Approval does not guarantee continued participation.

5. Communication Platforms & Supervised Messaging

All communications between clients and doms/dommes must occur through organization-approved messaging platforms, including staff-controlled accounts on third-party services such as Signal.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

Messaging accounts are owned and supervised by Beyond the Looking Glass
Authorized administrators may access and review communications for compliance, safety, training, consent verification, and quality assurance
Communications are confidential within the organization but not private from administrative review
Use of personal, unsupervised, or unauthorized platforms is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibition of In-Person Solicitation

The safety of our doms/dommes is our highest priority.

Submissives are strictly prohibited from:

Requesting, encouraging, or attempting to incentivize doms/dommes to meet in person

Offering money, gifts, travel, housing, employment, or other benefits to facilitate in-person contact

Attempting to move interactions into real-world settings

Enforcement Structure:

First offense:
One (1) week suspension and a reminder email sent to the email address on file

Second offense:
Account termination. The applicant may reapply after six (6) months.
Offense count does not reset upon reapplication.

Third offense:
Permanent blacklisting from all Beyond the Looking Glass services

Attempts to circumvent this policy will be treated as violations.

7. Safety & Immediate Termination of Dynamics

Dom/Domme Safety:

If a dom/domme reports feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, or concerned within a dynamic:

The dynamic will be ended immediately
Administrative review of logs and communications will occur
A determination will be made as to whether the submissive may remain eligible for services with another dom/domme

Submissive Safety:

If a submissive feels unsafe at any point, they must immediately contact: [Insert Safety Contact Email]

Administrators will review relevant communication logs and take appropriate action.

Safety concerns are handled with urgency and discretion.

8. Consent, Boundaries & Conduct

All services operate on explicit, informed consent.

Participants agree to:

Respect stated boundaries and platform rules
Communicate honestly and responsibly
Refrain from harassment, coercion, or manipulation outside negotiated dynamics
Accept that consent may be withdrawn at any time

Violations of consent or boundaries will result in immediate action, up to and including termination.

9. Payments, Fees & Payment Arrangements

Payments are due at the beginning of service.

We offer the following payment arrangements, subject to approval:

One (1) monthly payment
Two (2) payments per month (first payment due upon agreement initiation)
Weekly payments

Failure to submit payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are for time, access, and structured engagement and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Audits, Reviews & Investigations

We reserve the right to:

Conduct account audits
Review communications
Investigate complaints, disputes, or safety concerns

Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in suspension or termination.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Safety or consent concerns
Nonpayment
Dishonesty or misrepresentation
Conduct detrimental to staff, participants, or the platform

Termination does not entitle a participant to refunds or compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond the Looking Glass shall not be liable for:

Emotional distress or dissatisfaction
Loss of data or service interruptions
Actions taken by participants during or after services
Third-party platform outages or failures

Participation is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond the Looking Glass, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from:

Your participation
Violation of these Terms
Unlawful or dishonest conduct

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
